Warranty After Sales

1. Make sure you buy a product unit is equipped with invoice from Pt. Multindo Technology Utama

2. Warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase / invoice and refer to after-sales service manufacturing force

3. The warranty applies to the repair service / service and replacement of parts (Full spare parts) to damage in normal use, including the production process errors, material, or material products.

1. Seal (waranty seal) damaged, defective (not readable)

2. Accessories / parts components damaged / worn due to use of such cables

3. Unit of defective products due to misuse / operation / installation which is not according to the procedure as one of the working voltage (operational), natural disasters, fires, lightning

4. Units of the product that has been modified / changed by the owner / unauthorized thus affecting the performance of the product / cause damage

5. Transportation costs from / to the service center

6. The warranty period has expired

7. Unit products / accessories which are lost during the delivery of the goods to the destination

For those of you who buy from out of town, do not worry we also provide a guarantee on all the products you buy. If there is damage, please contact us for technical assistance.
